Corporate Responsibilities:

Mary Ann's responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing Pave Man, Inc.'s financial decisions. Mary Ann also heads Pave Man, Inc.'s Human Resources Department. In addition Mary Ann directs employee and Public Relations, implements safety programs and hazardous materials communications, coordinates corporate marketing, general sales and office operations.

Mary Ann's father, a football coach at the University of Notre Dame and then Executive Vice President of Sales for Artim Transportation, instilled in Mary Ann the fundamentals of motivating individuals and those social skills necessary for customer and public relations.

Mary Ann currently participates in marketing and public relations with skills developed through her father, as Miss Indiana and as a flight attendant which incorporates her customer service skills to her broad based clientele.

Mary Ann's college background enabled her to direct Pave Man's financial matters and pursue sales to hotel and restaurant managers and owners as she could be sympathetic to their needs and talked their language.

Her experience as an Administrative Assistant taught her the varied aspects of running a small business.
