Pave Man, Inc.,
Thank you for your communication and here are responses to your questions:
Material from 2000 should be replaced. If you can provide detail listing of the material you have in inventory we will have old material
picked up and we will replace with 2001 production material.
Yes, moving forward we will only warranty product placed on new asphalt substrates. This warranty will include credit or replacement of
material. I will be forwarding specific warranty information to you early next week.
We believe the majority of bond issues from last year are due to contractor installation errors and particularly Chicago Pressure
Systems jobs. It appears that the other work performed by your organization and another contractor has faired pretty well.
We would like to continue promoting your company as an approved installer of Avery Dennison Street Graphic materials.
We are ready to process new orders and we will hold Chicagoland pricing to last year levels. This was an agreement discussed in May with Chicagoland McDonald's corporate office.
Thank you for your time and communication to Avery.
Regards,
Steve Garren Senior Product Manager
Avery-Dennison
